Very pathetic services by this branch and my experince is completely worst. I clearly told to update my ekyc to that person who sat beside the cashier. I submitted the ekyc form along with signatures and told by eod it will activate. I have waited 4 days than I called customer care and registered a complaint. Yesterday I received a call from bank and said they registered my personal account to salary account which is really disgusting and requested me to visit again nearest branch and update kyc. So they think we are sitting idle and when ever they say we have to visit the branch. Seriously I never recommend this kind of services.
