Very unhealth atmosphere with its employess.u cant even belive i have waited for nearly 160 minutes to make an payment of 30k for my cc card payment.even i have my approvel for cash payment.security not trained and cashier k.p.raju peaks at his attitude and makeing fun on clients.relationship manager praveen and finally manager is worst of his excellence disignation.even that guy wont know to behave or talk to customers. Sum kind of gud employes develop they business and this guys kill all of they branch clients. We can opt other banks for hasselfree services.nThis branch head is not appropriate for handeling sensitive situations.
