I am writing this review to the branch of Pedapalakaluru road Guntur, Because I didn't find that Branch. We have drawn 8000 and 10,000 from this Bank ATM which is located in Pedapalakaluru road and we got 4 teared 2000 notes. With trust and faith our person went asked the branch manager and even i spoke with that manager, he is saying like they don't put such kind of notes in their ATM's. How much Irresponsible answer it is, if we don't get those notes from that ATM how can we go and ask that particular branch only. Even though we have message regarding that he is not taking it positive manner, He is saying only one point you can raise a complaint. Sir we are normal people we trust Bank but banks are cheating us it's shame on you and your Bank. If you want proofs you can reach me. This is my worst experience with Bank. SHAME ON THAT MANAGER AND BANK.
