Worst service. Staff are impolite and rude. They think customers are fools. There is no proper communication. Filled with Lazy staff. Better do things online or change branch. I decided to close my account after multiple pathetic experiences.

Staff needs to be bit friendly and attentive towards customers. Now the bank was moved to the lane beside joy alukkas showroom beside lane in Amaravathi road.

The best bank , I have ever seen.nOf course I agree that they took lot of time to do one process.but the manger is very friendly and very kind .If the customer is patient, his self did so much help.nnThank you very much sir.
