It's an very bad bad bad experience with this branch I visited this branch for my mother account activatation purpose the 3 rd counter women was very ridiculous my mother cant walk properly she told that my mother no need to come bank just sign is enough I took my mother sign and get back to bank she told to come tomorrow I will do kyc ok next day I went to bank for kuc purpose she told that your mother is mandatory ok for that I forgive and tooked my mother to branch that waste fellow again told that here is no savings account to activate you need to transfer your account to some where other branches . that is the worst experience in that branch the 3 rd counter unty as more negligence about the customer
