Behaviour of the employees are even worse than state govt offices. Don't expect anyone will help you. Everyone is busy in their own gossip on phone.

The bank is very crowded, i mean too much crowded. I have an account, but due to less no. of employees my works get delayed. Sometimes barcode for passbook is not available. U cannot update ur passbook as the printing machine gets stucked. But in online transactions, SBI is very good. YONO app is very handy and easy to use. Online banking is very good up here. The bank beside Rly HQ building.
