1 start because No star is not possible, branch / staffs are outdated.nnInstance 1 - they still issue the account opening kit which already expired year back, so it's customer responsibility to inform them after unsuccessful with internet banking login ID, password, ATM pin etc.nnInstance 2 - Central KYC document shows they shared incorrect photo of the customer, again it's customer responsibility to highlight their mistakes but there is no internal review process

It does not function most of the time. The people can't withdraw money. The bank employees also have a damn care attitude towards the people. They don't do anything to repair the atm. It remains as it is, i.e. it does not work. Very poor.
