The place is in the midst of the city. Facilities for customers however needs upgradation as the counters are limited and the queues are quite long, specially if there is any payment for competitive exams or collection of payment challan. It can wreak your nerves, requesting the management to add extra counters during those times. Also, there is system failure at times which needs to be taken care of, cleanliness could be improved.

With such a huge customer base , this branch should have more counter's for fast processing. The Q is too long in every counter because of inadequate counters. The locker facility is not properly protected(personal opinion).
