The way it works is not so good and the way their staff's talks to the public it is very disappointing the machine's do not work properly most of the time there is no link in the machine's and are disconnected frequently. Therefore the functioning of the bank is not so satisfying.

Storgly disappointed from the branch, due to this lockdown I am not able to comute to the bank but while reaching out with telephone they have loads of excuses to resolve the matter and hung up. After multiple attempts to reach them via phone to they don't have sence on responsibility to answer the call.

One of the oldest building in town.heritage building located centrally. It is one the most important Banking Branch of Darjeeling which is located just beside Darjeeling Municipal Office and Darjeeling Clock Tower.

I have been facing trouble since i opened my account...sometime the bar code is not mapped then year later i find that my signature have not been uploaded which must have been uploaded while opening the account...my cheque have been dishonored thrice due to this signature issue
