Team here requires proper training on customer service. Very unorganized way of handling customer flow. Customers should be prioritized first not your internal chats and calla while at the service desks.

WORST BANK WITH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Initially they advertise their banks without mentioning the charges and after you open an account they donot care about your problems at all. You will only receive headache by opening an account in Axis Bank. Attractive offers like Flipkart discounts or credit card purchases have another side to it too. You will lose thousands of money annually by small amounts being deducted over the year. DONT MAKE AN ACCOUNT AT AXIS BANK.

The most horrible bank I have ever seen... Trying to open an account from 3 days and we are calling continously but no response. If you are not capable to do this then just shut down your bank...

You want something done, this is not the bank you should go to. Have an account because of Max life, they got my first name wrong. I tried to correct it, it's been 2 years and my first name is still wrongly spelt. RBI blocked my card as it did not have a chip. Axis Bank cannot issue me another. There have been several attempts on my part to get a card issues but I am yet to receive one. I regret starting Max Life policy in Axis Bank, can I shift it elsewhere so that I don't have anything to do with this bank?

Do not believe in Axis Bank Darjreling contact information from google. Yesterday it was Saturday when I was looking google Axis Bank contact information, said that “the bank is open today” But bank was bank was when I arrived the near bank. So better you do from other way if you are say far from Axis Bak and if you need to come to Axis Bank Darjreling. Otherwise you time and vehicle’s money is wast. And also The customer service is very good if they have some meaning. I mean not from your side.
