This is an appreciation post for Mrs.Priya Sinha, who sits at counter number 4 (not sure) and also deals with the international transactions. An extremely sweet lady, very polite, quite unlike the other public sector employees... Mam helped me twice, when I was stuck in a crucial situation related to my university fees payment. Can't thank her enough for being extremely patient and considerate.

I have an account in this branch and saying this honestly, They don't even listen to your request carefully and the way of communication is very bad from male staff at counter no.-2. They want their customer to visit branch for every small things related to bank.
