If i could .. i would never have given this one star also, such annoying staff and the process for anything, you can never do something by visiting only once.. they will just procrastinate all the time for some stupid reasons. Moreover they seem like ignoring the people standing in front of them requesting something...so irritating to visit here

Wonder who made this Deepak Sharma, a Manager in SBI, he is not even worthy for a peon. First he called me for the KYC documents on priority basis and when I reached over there, he couldn't even recollect the issue. Upon insisting, he said, he will manage. If he could manage the issue, then what was the need to create panic and call the customer during lockdown.

The Branch Manager, Deepak Sharma, at this branch is such a foolish person, neither he has the knowledge of his profession, nor how to deal with customers.
