Really bad service provide by the staff. Even they don't know how to talk with there customers and how to handle the customers, I went there before one week and it took more than 45mint.but still my issue is same they even not do anything yet. They should improve there service as soon as possible. It's a request.

First of all a very thanks to all staff for this branch of timarpur UBI there are every person is so hard worker his manage a very good time and rules etc..so i think my areas every people so happy this bank ...i again says a very very thanku to manager of this bank...such as a very good bank..UBI..

Very poor staff and worst govt bank .. even there are some staff members who exactly don't know how to behave with customers... Too much disappointed with staff..

comparative to other government banks its standard of service is very low. usually its open at 9.30 but staff not available on their seats most of the time, the passbook printing kiosk not in working condition many time. if you are looking to open an account in this branch, visit at-least once at branch before taking your final decision.
