My wife has bank account in this branch, we have given two times written request to issue new ATM card, because the old one is not working due to old without chip card, even bank has not uploaded our new mobile no after two request, staff is not co operative, sarkari system ki wajah se dimag kharab hai, we don't keep much money with this branch, worst banking experience in life so far, mostly i bank on my private bank, every time we both husband and wife have to visit bank, May God improve banking of this branch

There staff having no knowledge of any transfers or senior citizens schemes pls no body take any senior citizens schemes from any sbi bank becoz when u need ur money urgantly they don't know how to close that scheme and harassed you

worst bank in model town areanthey feel bad in depositing or pass book completion staff does not want to talk even mgr also do not entertain

SBI-model town is the world most rubbish bank ever. People are over age, no one willing to work. All of them need free salary. People dnt know how to talk. Awful service. Don't ever have your account with them. They just know how to do one thing nicely and that is how to waste your time.
