The bank staff r very rude.they hav a very bad attitude towards the customers.they behave like they didnt have time and one thing they did not know how to handle the customer.

Well the employees of the bank on 90% of them should learn the detail customer service. Uninformative and rude n filled with lots of attitude wonder how the govt employs such staffs. The Bank manager should take strict actions n I wonder why he will caus it's govt n who gives a damn. Pls Central Bank of India do something about the employees of branch in Darjeeling to improve their daily customer service n tell them to act patiently with customers.They are being paid for a reason to serve not to just sit n chat n do nothing. Pls we need some changes here
