Pathetic bank I have ever come across.... Staffs are rude and unhelpful... Bank manager says why did u open the account. Not even received cheque book even after follow ups.

Went seeking education loan details.nWaited for half an hour even after lunch break for the person to come, and after that he just talked very rude ! The only question he asked was do you have an account over here, I told no but i want to make one and for now i just want details about education loan. He rudely said go to the bank where you have account. Don't wait here...nnIf this is the way BOI employees talk to people in need, why should we even have an account over there???nUseless rude people!

Big bank. Nice ambience and aircondition. Staff always busy. Place is always congested and crowded. ATM. Passbook printing machine, cash deposit machine etc don't work all the time. Bug que every day.
