Sheer lack of staff, lot of line, no accountability and ease of doing business like opening account etc is way too difficult. No wonder private banks are doing better business in India compared to the government run banks.

It's small on the go bank I would like to say that. Some times you might even unnotice the entrance because of very small and very crowded place with other store billboards.

Its pathetic ,wastage of time and energy ,I have visited the kandivli (W) branch on 5th of October, i shared my concern about ecxesscively charged amount on my debit card and wanted to submit complaint form but he was talking with frustration saying that wait for 2 days it will be credited and come back again after two days, as he is alone at desk and was very busy ,still i insisted him atleast to provide me complaint form on which he gave the form very rudely raising his voice that ,I cant even wait for two days ,he took the form without giving me complaint number.nAfter two days my father went again to the branch as i was at work just to take complaint number, but even this time all the efforts were in vain because again the same employee ask my father to wait for 15 days this time and ensure that the amount will be credited in my account in 15 days ,I have sent mails on different email ids of central bank of India about my excessive debited amount but there also no one revert back on it.nI dont think I will be able to continue my account in this bank with such bad and disappointing customer service where everyone is ignoring customer and not at all interested in helping ,till now i dont even have complaint number ,so when my issue will be resolve .I need my money back I got my expenses to bear .Its very disappointing very very disappointing.

Worst customer care service.

Pathetic experience and service just typical like government office. Can't expect your work to be done at one go. Staff speak rediculous as if they are providing free service.
