One of this he most Lathergic bank I have come across ,Branch Malad West , Mumbai .nFreezed account without information , staff is extremely rude , “customer call Center “ name should be replaced with “Customer Torture Center“

Today morning i went in bank at foreign exchange department 1st floor... their one of the lady speaks very badly with the customer... ( she said people need everything in free) just can u tell me ur bank give the any thing in free...?? And the best thing at that time i m not talking with her.. but she has habbite to put his nose in between two people.... no manners how to speak with the customer... plz manager train ur staff other wise very soon u have to close ur department...
