The worst bank with worst customer service..don’t know how come this bank even exist..Leaving few staff rest all are clueless they just tell you to go from one counter to another.Neverever my work was at 1st attempt always I have to visit bank atleat 2-3 time..Worst part is their Passbook Printing machine never ever works always they have excuse to tell you and visit some week’s later but again shamelessly they tell you that they don’t know when will the machine work,How the hell any bank can say that to their custom such an idiot bunch to people running a government bank.

My experience was not great. Firstly dur to non availability of the lift. How will the senior citizens access the bank. Also the stairs are so high that even if some senior citizen wants to go to the branch it will take atleast 10 mins to climb up. In a private bank like this how could they decide to shift it in a building without easy accessibility.nYes the employees were not helpful but it was a decent interaction with them.nPlease do something about the stairs!
