Bank of India service is slow but this can be one of the reason due to Covid 19 as crowds are more and bank staff has to go through screening facility for all customers. Rest all online bankingnfacilities are Best.

Worst Bank and even worst employees who dont want to do their basic work forget about giving service. Usually we tend to remove time for such bank work and collate all pending things so that we can get it done at once however I have never been able to do it with this bank and branch as most of the time one or the other service is not operational. They dont have a basic back up of printer and I was sent back today as the printer was not working and they could not update my senior citizen Mothers passbook which I have been trying to update since last month. Last month I was said that they could not do it before August without any explanation as to why it cannot be done. Insane staff and dont know why the bank needs this branch even as i am sure these employees have not contributed or value added to the growth of their firm

How on earth the bank is running still surprises me? Absolute callous attitude of the staff members rendering services. Apathy towards the elderly. Interacted with 3 so called employees without an iota of customer service in their pockets. Happy to warm up the seats and discuss daily news whilst keeping a lack of interest in customer queries. I would have brushed it off saying may be it’s an odd day for me. But observing the arrogance thrown at other customers cemented my decision to write a review and warn others. Stood there for 2 hrs only to realize my Cheque won’t be rendered from this branch even after interacting with 3 member of staff clearly stating my requirements. I also have no remorse in saying that these are the beings that bring a negative outlook to the city. Oh! Did I not mention they work 6HRS with all the holidays made available to them? Well, that’s what is pasted in print at the door front. Working hours 1000 to 1600HRS. Lunch break 1400-1430HRS. It was my first visit and definitely my last. Never again!

Worst bank to deal with, the staff is very rude and make you feel like they are doing a favour if you are opening an account here. The operation and management is extremely poor. I don't know about the other branches of BOI but this one for sure is not up to the mark. Probably that is the difference between private and public sector banks. I would highly recommend NOT opening an account in this branch primarily because of their pathetic service.
