I know that the HDFC bank has good reputation for their customers service all over India, But here I am a account holder since 2014 and given my email address to update mid month of May this year still it has not done, if you will ask about this, simple excusing delay due to covid 2019. I have also two more account in other bank and in HDFC life insurance but they took only one week two update it. So your bank how long will take to change or update the email address of the account holder. It's not acceptable at all.
