Kutikonarpur State Bank

I think this branch not maintain the proper bank rules, the service was very bad, its happen every time, I visited so many branches due to some work, the other branches staff they are behave very politely with customers, but our kutikonarpur branches staff they don't know how to behave with customers.nAnd one more thing in this situation due to COVID 19 they are not maintain any rules,they are not giving any sanitizer for customers and social distance also not maintain. And they are not provide any facilities for handicap and senior citizens customer, branch is in First floor so they should be give facilities for handicap and senior citizens but they are not giving any facilities. One more thing one day I am in bank inside, one senior citizen person asking to one staff why amount deduct from my account, bank staff told it was a charges for not maintaining minimum balance in your account ok good, but after that other two customer also asking about same charges , that time staff told them close your account, In this situation bank staff should be explain about charges but they behave like this.nI don't know Manager knows everything or not, Request from my side to the Branch manager please trained your staff how to behave with customers.

Nice staffs... Should increase manpower & need to change premises for biger space.
