Staff behavior and infrastructure is Very good.

Myself went to open a saving account in this branch but bank officials means who is incharge of opening new account was not present. The same incident happened three days successively and nobody taking her charges.nPublic are westing time and they thought there has no value of time of public. So thay are easily saying the related officer is not available today.nOther than this there has lot requirements and telling in one by one on each visit.nSurprisingly some person are favourite and they such favorable that no work is burden for them.nIt is request to the bank authority to respect the public and value of time. Your officials are dealing with public every customer is respected.

This ATM provides very good service.

It is located on roadside at bidhannagar , near over bridge with ATM facility. Banking persons are very helpful and also non-crowded .
