Earlier the branch was located in Manima Palace in Raja bazar then it shifted to this present location. The space is more thus not too crowded compared to other branches. Most basic banking work is done quickly .

The customer service is awesome, way better than State Bank of India. You don't have to wait here for a long to complete your banking stuffs. The employees are very co-operative and ready to help you. All of your financial problems are going to be solved here, buttery smoothly.nnCurrently on 17th May 2019, the bank offers 7.25% interest on Fixed Diposit which is far more than SBI. So if you don't have an account here, then go and grab the exciting offers on savings.nnOnly draw back of this bank is lack of ATM counters in Midnapore Town. Mist of the time you have to depend upon the ATM counter adjacent to the Jilla Porishad building.
