I went to withdraw a cash today, money debited but no cash dispensed. Asked for a help to two ladies and one gentleman at around 16:30 in the branch. They refused to reply and when I told them multiple times, the rude man replied YOU HAVE TO WAIT. This is the only reason I do not have any account with Indian government banks. I am not surprised with their behavior as I have gone through this multiple times in other government sectors in India. It is a new bank opened in my location and I thought of giving it another chance by opening a bank account here but once again they have proved me correct. Absolutely brusk staff. I will not recommend this branch to anyone. Terrible experience.
