I had a great experience dealing with the east Rohtas nagar branch. I have not used the account in some time and wanted to close it. The officer tried her best to find ways to get me my balance the earliest. The senior manager of the branch was also very approachable, and heard my case, persuaded me to stay and then communicated the process very well. I wish I had stayed with the branch.

This bank provides all functions such as cash deposit, cash withdrawal and cheques facility but there is problem in parking of vehicles as you have to search for place for park and if you come in car then remeber you are inbig trouble my friend. Queue is also a problem here. Only 1 counter works atmost time and other are busy in some unknown work. I hope it will help you in your visit to this place if you are in hurry.

ATM not active. Worst bank, worst atm, never trust it. Very few ATM's and even the ATM's near branch are not active.

Incompetent employees, pathetic IT infrastructure and cherry on top of the cake is, when its overcrowded they conveniently switch off the internet connection and relax.nThat's why private banking is first choice in urban areas.
