Dont ever think of opening an account in icici bank mahedevpura branch. they took 10000 from me. told me someone will come to take your biometrics and other documents. for 10days, no one came. finally i had to visit branch and put up a request to closed my request and refund my money. for over 10days again, no response from them. i havent got my money till yet, no matter where i write complaints and call to customer care. there is no hearing and no response. seems like i am not going to get my money back.

HI! this is Geethanjali, i wanted to open a savings account a week back so i called one of your staff to open the same and he did the same while leaving he told the account will be active within 24 hrs, but unfortunate of the IcIcI bank Mahadevpura they are not able to activate one account also, i seriously doubt how they handle the branch. trying to speak to someone but not able to connect. i hope this reaches to top authorities and they start working on the same.nHope Mahadevpura branch learns to open one account.
