I wanted to apply for a new account so I filled a form after waiting for 30 mins for a form outside the bank after filling the form the person at the gate and reception checked and told me it will be done in 15 days they asked me to check my message and not come back before 15 daysnI went back after a month as there was jo message and no update when I went to check one counter person tells me the person responsible for the account opening is not in she will come the next day pls come after 1 pm I did as I was told went back at 1 pm I asked to meet the 2nd counter mam I was told they have stopped opening account by the security and the receptionist and that the clerk who had asked me to come at 1 and the other clerk both have gone for Lunch and will come back at 2 30 this is the worst SBI branchnThe service is not bad but worstnI don't know how to express my dissatisfaction

Worst bank, they don't treat customer well rather go to SBI dorravani nagar it's just like 3 kilometers away
