Worst Staff. They can’t negotiate. They can’t reply to. mails. They will act nice until your account is opened. Later on no staff gives a damn. You should go everyday to bank and keep asking if the work is done. Transferring money takes weeks or even months. I have been waiting for the manager to close my account since past 15 days but no response.

The staff is bringing the reputation of Kotak by not even bothering about customers’ problems and the work isnt done perfectly on time...very bad service. Shame
