Bank of India

The worst bank function seen in banking sector in Indore. Last six months I am trying to visit the branch but sorry to say always found rush from the gate. I had tried to contact branch manager over phone but same is out of order,even tried to regional office phone is always busy. I will close my all accounts as soon as I get a chance to enter in the branch.

This branch is good. Some employees are good but some of the senior employees are very rude. Needs some good management. The costumer area is very conjusted.

Staff is very rude

This bank is good but some are more against Madame Bank Rules than what are the rules and what the customers say is the third class Madame... ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Very rude behavior of staff. Never support senior citizens. In case of any enquriy .they insult .. Today we want locker facility and the locker they showed is small thn the required size. They insult by saying tumahare pass itna paise hai kya . hamare pass bji nahi hai itna .
