Rude Staff. All employees don't have manners. How to talk to the customers? Most of them are too old and too slow in work. They must be retired and they have to give jobs to young people's who are energetic and have manners to talk with the costumers.

If only there was an option of zero stars. This branch processes your request in the slowest manner possible and nobody is willing to take responsibility. I had applied for an education loan and they took about 2 months to process it and eventually I had to withdraw my application. Deemed as the biggest bank of the country definitely doesn't function accordingly.
