Entry into the bank itself is a battle won. Shortest working hour no entry for public after 2 pm.

Poor management. Doesn't have required staff. Staff are not cooperated when dealing with customer. Police guard do as they please.

This bank is not working properly staff also not there properly when i go to the bank that time they close 2:30pm they told me close now the bank wea coming for some important but nobody response for us.....

Mayang Imphal branch SBInis the one of the worse bank in Manipur, they don't have proper staff and they open late & closed early

Worst SBI branch in Manipur where the rudest unprofessional staffs are working for their personal benefits and salary inside this branch. These SBI employees don’t have the proper knowledge about personal banking and UPI transactions and what they know is how to take money from you only.nNepotism can be found vividly. Even for opening a SBI account in this branch you have to wait for Wednesday every weekends and they will distribute only 10 form per week where these will be prioritised to their relatives first then others.nEven though it is not big deal for taking a loan by the relatives of this bank employees without any hassle, but it will be nightmare for common people to get a loan from this branch as they don’t let you get it by any chance..
