Never seen worst bank other than sbinNot at all helpfulnDoesn't pick up the callnDoesn't reply mailsnU can't get any help from other branches you will have to visit your home branch only no matter which corner of the country you are in.nUnnecessarily putting money on hold which is in directly harrassing the customer.nIt was my mistake i choose this bank

The staffs in this bank treat customers like we're a burden to them. They have an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude towards customers. If you have account in a different branch and want to get some work done through this branch, the staffs will show an unwelcome attitude. The building doesn't have parking space for customers.
