I didn't expect this much poor service of ic ic I bank and staffs. One of best bank of India, didn't expect, pls don't do with people.U guys are not solving customers problem,simple telling to other branch which is 10km far from Jajpur town.same on u guys.Now PSU BANKS service better than u.

Worst Branch of Icici Bank, My frnd had some urgent money to deposit on his account, that day was 11 SEP Friday time 2.45 Pm and Next Day was 2nd Saturday. We were in hurry, we reached near abt 2.45 pm. We asked to deposit money. One Lady said , we are doing some urgent work , today not possible to deposit money. if You want to deposit you can go Mugupal Branch, Which was 15 km from there. So pls don't do business here neither you suffer like this.nnReally, very bad service of ICICI Bank. I did't expect this type of service from ICICI Bank. So pls check proper review and ratings before start business with ICICI Bank, JAJPUR TOWN Branch.

Worst branch of ICICI Bank, Friday around 2.3pm, my frnd has to deposit money which was very urgent for him. They were preparing to go home because of second Saturday day. First they didn't respond properly and after 10 minutes they told to go mugupal branch. So pls don't open account here, neither u all will get same response.

Staffs are not knowledgeable,they are not solving customers problem,simply telling go to mugupal Branch, which is 10km far from Jajpur town.so my suggestion is don't open account here.If account is here better switch other bank in Jajpur town.

One of the worst branch of Icici Bank, pls don't open account here.Staff are not co operative.They don't even listen customers problem.
