I went there regarding My Aadhar Card updation and waited (Stood) for more than 45 minutes when there's already scarcity of sitting Facility. My turn was about to come, but suddenly some staff member (Sardar) asked me to visit again at tomorrow morning (10am) because of their closing time.nThey made the excuse of the system inefficiency as if we're illiterate and I had no option but to leave the bank.nWhy did he let me wait for almost an hour?nnFor the information, I Commuted 3km on that Harsh Sunny day, My skin was already burning and this message left me startled.nOn top of that they didn't even showed a bit of sympathy but instead went on to behave arrogantly. Other than that, behaviour of security guard associated with such branches should be taken under supervision by Bank Officials and should be taught some basic principles of Respect and hospitality.nIt Deteriorates the prominence of a Bank.nnI Never Had experienced Such a behaviour through any bank in my city Pathankot. Disappointed!!
