Unethical and unprofessional staff. Most of them are under knowledge and lie to customers. It takes them ages to do simplest of task i.e a year and few months to get the net banking started which is still pending. Either they are not trained or its been few years that they haven't been moved to other locations because they think they are the boss. Their attitude and services towards customers is way pathetic than industry standards. If Mr. Puri somehow miraculously visit this branch( in disguise) he would fire every single one of them that how they work.nSince you guys replied to the review I would send you an email but be ready to solve the issues.

Yesterday visited HDFC bank dhab vasti ram Amritsar after 8 or 10 years. Since I am not the regular visitor to the branch and not known by any of the staff members I was treated like a VIP. I am so impressed by the service and efficiency.

The worst staff I've ever come across. So rude and unprofessional. I would never start up with hdfc ever again. Icici is the best bank. They treat their clients so well. Hdfc is so disappointing. I don't suggest any one to open an account here
