Good services by pnb cash deposit machines also available with atm, so customer can deposit or withdraw with same place or single place ett round the clock. Good point is that this one is at right place

There has no one who is responsible person in pnd bank. And actually worst customer care service, last one hour i called there is busy.

I would like to share my experience in the PNB Branch of RHB Pratap Nagar from where neither we can get any information about personal account running in that branch, nor one can contact to branch on telephone. I wanted to know about a certain fraud transaction from my account from Delhi, but I could not do, because there is no tele number available for contacting the branch. I am in Delhi serving in Govt of India office and I am not able to come to branch to get information about this fraud transaction. When I contacted to one certain staff of that branch whose mobile number is available with me, he also did not respond and nor he gave me any contact number of Branch Manager. As far as I felt, services of RHB PNB Branch is very poor and officers & staff are also very irresponsible.
