The worst bank ever I have had to deal with. People there are not cooperative or helpful, they will not let you withdraw your money without your cheque book if issued, it's my money but I can't withdraw it with the withdrawal slip. They are byfar the worst to be service branch. Also, as a customer we should update our photo and no ID proof you provide will be enough for them because apparently ID documents and signature aren't enough to prove that the old picture person is you.
