New City Moving

Just wanted to say that our experience with this moving company was great! I am under quarantine at the moment and needed to hire a company to help move my 69 year old mother. The initial online process to get an estimate was quick and very easy. Anna Troy along with other reps that were involved help get our questions answered quickly and promptly, which I appreciate. Everything in the estimate was true and no hidden charges came up at the time of payment. The movers came and were very professional and wore masks and were practicing social distancing with my mother who is a senior. They treated my mother's furniture and belongings with the best care possible. I"m very glad that my cousin recommended us to New City Moving, I am so grateful for them helping my mother move when I was unable to. We will recommend this moving company to our friends and family always! We also look forward to working with them in the future for any of our future moves! I have never used a better service to move. On time, professional and aware of Covid-19 restrictions. They were masked up and left the place spotless. Not one scratch or piece of plastic left on the floor. Very personable and friendly. I have already recommended them to someone who will be moving soon. Excellent company to work with! We had an absolutely incredible experience with our New City Moving team. They showed up right on time and worked professionally and efficiently to get our apartment completely packed into the truck and safely unpacked at our new place. They assembled all furniture and asked questions to make sure everything was in the place we liked. I would definitely recommend New City Moving to anyone moving in Chicago!

This was the fourth time I have used New City Moving, and I will never use any one else if I need to move again in Chicago! All four times I have had fantastic experiences with them. Their office staff is responsive, and scheduling the move has been easy. But it is the movers themselves that really make the company stand out. They are courteous, careful and extremely professional. This time they arrived half an hour early, packed our whole -- stuffed -- two bedroom apartment, and had us carefully and successfully moved into our new house nearly two hours sooner than they estimated. Moving is a TOUGH job, and they make it look easy. I can't recommend them enough.
