Staff behaviour supporting to all customers. Still going with so much of paper work.nNo help desk noticed inside as first point of contact.nNo assistance provider available to fill forms and help customers.nNo proper table or place is available to fill forms.nnOutside ATM zone is not looking good and cleaning required on daily basis.nnInstead of coin distribution as token, so many advanced models are implemented by other banks and expecting to follow.nnThere is no proper sign boards noticed, each department board should required and which saves customer time.nnSwipe machine not available to transfer money from same bank to bank.nnNo automated printing machine available.nnLots of space available inside and should also able to arrange any outlet for publicity.nnThanks for reading all and have a nice day.

No respect towards the customers. Always the employees think that they are govt job holders and feel no one can do anything. Worst service in all areas. Fed up with their service.
