I don't see a feedback taking less than this one star even... bcoz the people working in this bank are not worth of getting it...nnI visited bank to take some help reg educational loan, Im not aware of the details of how to apply and wt is the work around, being in such respectable position as a branch manager the lady, dint helped me and she indirectly insisting me to take loan from other banks nd not to apply here, she said will not sanction ur loan if u apply or it will take long process...... If for an unknown citizen, a person so called manager replies in such way when he is seeking fr help in this pandemic situations I dont think so this is something that should be happened... The bank is now with the name bank ba baroda......nnI respect the position but not the person...nnnd the ifsc code of the bank is also not working...

Worst people... don't know to work.. loads of attitude...Even there are no customers .. still they make you wait...no decency of talking.. useless manager and useless staff...

Pathetic bank and pathetic people don't know how to give customer service literally I can say they have deployed useless staff just do timepass and no sense of talking to customernnSpecial attention to CEO please take care Hyderabad boduppal branch else your bank name will get spoil
