like any other government bank ud83dude02 . The mood of employees can be anywhere between rude and neutral. A lot of the time not that respectful though much better compared to a few other SBI branches I've been to.

We dont like the services in here,they dont know how to behave with the customers in a polite way.They are so lazy and slow.If we ask anything they replay we dont want to waste our time.For one work have to wait until the bank closing time.Other bank braches are better that SBI.They really dont know how to behave.Even the manager dose'nt behave properly,they barely talk with any one.Teach them everything in the training.Not only getting the job but also should have some manners.Worst branch.nNever open an account in this branch.worst branch and worst people.No proper printing machine,no proper atm machine nothing.

The worst service in uppal Depot Branch. No employee responding to the query. No token system . no problem solving . No manager from last 3 months . Book printing machine is also not working . No staff . Citizen's standing more then one hour for the problems or anyother works.. overall it's worst maintenance bank branch .. Andhra bank has better service compared to SBI.

Worst bank. Employees lack basic training to behave with customers. Bank doesn't have a queue ticket machine. Manager is inefficient

CDM and ATM availablennWorst service due to low employee strengthnnOnly one window busy with clearing customer problemsnnHad heavy breakfast and carry lunch box aswell to visit this branch because you will lose whole day to resolve your issuesnnFor me it was taken more than 15 days to open a new accountnnDon't open account here
