The most disgusting bank I have come across Staff is not working at all. Nothing is good about the bank No proper staff for daily work Hardly 2 people are working in entire bank No one is opening my account For over 3 hours Disgusting They took 2 days to open my account Even the psb will take hours to open What kind of facility they are providing if they are not good enough to satisfy their customers Like really 2 days to open Please ICICI take proper action Don't believe in 5 stars they are given by the bank employees itself.

We expect much better service when it comes to icici bank. It has been years now in Vaishali Nagar area, they should make improvements in their services. Maximum customers are not satisfied after visiting this branch.
