Very bad service. Hope i have never opened account with Hdfc. Teller is missing from last 1 hour and everyone is waiting. Old senior citizens are waiting in hot summer noon . Even i have to go for urgent work but i can't. Worst part is manager is saying that server is not working but if that is the case then the teller person should have been here as i have seen so many times that even if server isn't working then the staff is present. Staff here is totally insensitive to customers needs. They just give excuses and that too again and again
