BOI mostly staff are good behaviour, self passbook automatic machine, bank stucture are old .

Bank is good but too much customer according to bank size and mostly ECL enployees salary account here.so every month 10 th date is salary credited to these accounts then the crowd is overflowing during these two to three days .

Not suitable for elders because entry steps are too high.
