Worst branch I ever visited.nThey don't know how to deal with customer.nFun fact: If you will go to open your savings account, they will deny by replying that we don't have scanners to scan your documents.

Worst bank bad staff i have ever seen. You need to take a off from your ofc to deposit money.cash deposit machine rare works.no cash in atm. Never recommand this.

I always found too much crowd here and its always be Full of people. its takes half and hour to deposit my money in account. its near by aman vihar thana. staff is decent here. thay don't make any transaction after 3pm (no deposit or credit) i don't recommend thia bank. :(

Very Very bad Service I had ever scene. They don't know the value of time of others. I had visit the branch twice to get my work done but the branch staff don't cooperate with me. Even the branch manager didn't give me a reasonable solution for my query. The Watchman of this Branch told me that you will not get any help from this branch... Its very Shameful......

Worst bank in terms of services and managment.;how they handle customer queries is totally unprofessional and if u go to branch manager (Lady) she is so arrogant and rude.nnTotally waste staff and bank .
