Quite place...Little slow output...Printing of passbook is quite an issue as the machine was found not not working on 05th Nov and 03rd Dec ,2020...Staff is reasonably well behaved and helpful...

Tried to contact IOB, Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi-85 branch on some business, but on the IOB website, all the 3 nos. ( 2756 5657, 2755 3876 and 2755 3516) were found to be invalid! How is this possible? Have they not updated the website? Pl send me the correct land line of the Branch and (if possible) the mobile no. of the Chief Manager of this Br. Tx. M. WORST BANK OF ALL TIMES.....nTHE MANAGER AND STAFF ARE RUDE AND THERE BRANCH IS ALWAYS OUT IF REACH FOR CUSTOMERS. U CAN IMAGINE THAT THERE WEBSITE IS EVEN NOT UPDATED AND MAINTAINED AND DOES NOT HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR ITS CUSTOMERS.nnPATHETIC IS THE WORD FOR IOB

Don't bank here, period. These people are scammers. I had opened a savings account with them this past June. However, I already had an account opened with them last year for which they didn't send any documentation. The bank representative advised me to continue the same account rather than open a new one. They very conveniently left out the fact that because the previous account had been open I would be incurred Minimum balance fees for all those months the account was open and did not have funds in it. They had not made any effort on their part to confirm with me whether or not I had received the documentation even though my entire family has numerous accounts with them and they see us at the bank at least twice a month. When I requested for the fees to be refunded, they pretended like they had provided complete information at the time of the account opening. These people are filled with treachery and are complacent in their govt run jobs that they don't care what happens to the hard earned money of the customers. They should be accounted for and fired for misleading customers, esp the manager. I strongly suggest you don't bank at this location. If you habh any complaints against them, make sure you post them here so more people can be made aware of the poor customer service and lack of integrity of these bankers.
