ICICI Bank Kottayam - Branch & ATM

The most inefficient, customer nonservicabe and custom non friendly bank i have ever experienced.

Can I get valid phone number to contact your customer care?? Give a number which is switched on for Gods sake.nI have been trying to contact the bank for around 10 to 15 days now.nnWhats the point of giving a phone number which is switched off all the time??nnCustomers/ Clients who are not available to come right away to your branch will require a valid phone number to contact you.nnPlease be kind enough to do the needful.

Please do the revision on your contact details that number is mentioned in your website is not working since one month or we are not able to reach you on that numbernnPlease update your branch wise number instead of that IVR number

Very poor service especially in Housing loan section, the staff who is never bothering about the customer service. In front of me, deputy Manager was also helpless with this kind of staff. Better opt for good Bank.

Pathetic both the atm machines doesn't have money.... Even if it's a branch ATM counter... Worst banker
