Though I doesn't own an account on this particular branch, I really feel that I must make an effort to say a few words about their services. I work with one of the top Real Estate Developer in the country and as a part of our upcoming project campaign I visited the branch last month. It was a peak time at the branch and the staffs were busy with attending their customers. Therefore I waited for sometime to meet the Manager. After a long time I finally got the idea that this rush isn't going to settle sooner and I need to come back later for the meeting. While I was about to took off a lady came to me and stopped. She addressed herself as the Assistant Manager of the branch and politely asked about my purpose of visit. I introduced myself and told her the reason for my visit. Then she took me to her cabin and gave me a briefing about the various Home Loans which FBL can provide to assist our customers. And also detailed the procedures for getting approvals for our Project. After this discussion she conveyed her apologied to making me wait and I conveyed my gratitude for the valuable information she provided..nnI wish my best to the branch and the Manager who took her time to assist me.
