No one to answer call, have been trying to reach the bank for the past 1 week over call and no one answers. Very bad behavior by the staff in this aspect.

Last 21 days I tried more than 20 times to speak to NRE servises. unfortunately no one pick the call .Such biggest bank in india is not responding to any call.nnVery poor customer support.

SBI Thirunakkarra branch is located at the heat of the Kottayam town. However, there is no vehicle parking facility in this busy area.
